On average about how many rounds can you load from a 1lb can of powder I know that depends on the rounds case capacity and whatnot but im just asking for a rough estimate / educated guess to find out how much powder I need to say load 2000 rnds of .22...

So i just leave it at 45lbs? and then the boost pressure will suck out what it wants? then why do they even make a aftermarket AFR? is it because the stock only allows it to "suck out" 14psi of boost... .
You set your base pressure and leave it from there .
