Well, we just finished the centennial class this weekend, and I have to say I was rather disappointed. First of all, there seemed to be too many students for the number of instructors. We had to split into two relays and took turns running the drills....

Personally, with the people involved I would have expected more than you described as well .

They may be a bit harsh for ....
If you're going for an IPA, it definitely needs more hops Those 3 hops are all great for a citrusy APA .
I prefer amarillo of the 3, but any of them would work well .
If you only have 1oz, I'd do 1/3 @60, 15, 0 for the hops .
I have no tie in with the sale or seller, but did want to mention the current E-bay auction for a first edition WMG on Ebay. I see that currently it is below reserve. It will be interesting to see what the reserve was and if its met after the auction ...
