I understand that using the "===" compares type, so running the following code results in "not equal" because it's comparing a number type to a string type.
var a = 20; var b = "20"; if (a === b) { alert("They are equal"); } else { alert("They are not...

Answer Snippets (Read the full thread at stackoverflow):
In this case "20" !== 20.
"===" operator compares not only the values but also the types, so no cast is operated .
So the number 20 is converted to the string "20" and the result is compared.
Is operated.

I think....
You could always encode it, then just do a straight string replace on "+" for "%20".
Obviously the UrlEncode method has UrlEncode(UrlDecode("+")) returned "%20"...
Basically both %20 and + are valid ways of encoding a space.

I think that Kazakhstan will be ....
Extremely hard to reach top 20 with a new country.
That said, Mongolia has a chance.
Most countries that have will be straggling.
There are very progressing.
I think the team of Mongolia can reach top 20.
