If files are saved on the server, most anti-virus suits will scan them immediately, and delete/quarantine the infected files .

I want to learn server 2008 at home but do not want to spend money on an antivirus product until I am sure I want to use it full time. Anyone know of a free AV for servers that work in real time rather than on demand. A time limited one would be OK provided...
