EBay.com has a regular 2 hour system maintenance period each week from 11 pm PT Thursday night to 1 am PT (2 am to 4 am ET Friday). This maintenance sometimes causes minor issues for me when trying to work during this period on both eBay.com and eBay....

They have either been hacked as some have mentioned....
Sales down 60% in the last month.
I will take the extra time down if it means their going to fix the site .
