I would say no you are not pregnant, the chance that you ovualted a day before you period would be very rare. if you have a regular cycle as in 28 days you will normally ovulate around day 14 not the day before af, if af has arrived too then i would say...

I cannot offer an answer on this, but I can suggest you get into a new doctor. Either find an OB or go into the ER, someone is bound to do a better u/s.
