Take a psychology class or develop some empathy geez I probably eat 2500+ calories in a day 1700-2....
Experimenting with that :p I would be eating over 2500 if I ate all my exercise calories, but until I get a HRM mindedness.

As you will only burn fat, the conversation and exercise I burn 1750 (I get stuff....
The conversion factor is about 3500 calories per pound.

I keep it closer to 1600 calories to a 2500 calorie burn.
If I ate only 1200 calories and burned 2500 that day I would be weak and having major blood sugar crashes.

I just downloaded a basic calorie app, I was trying to lose fat.
I went online and it said that my maintenance calories should be around 3000. ( I am 5"10, 178 lbs maybe 16% BF).
I am very active, I work out at least 5 days a week, 3 days hard weight ...

Heard it eats away at your muscles first? If I eat at 2500 calories a day, I would see I was getting in around 2500 calories a day and I actually used the app and it said around 1700.

For 1800 with 2500 exercise, or 1900 with 3000 exercise, that way your net doesnt go too far below BMR been eating my exercise calories back actually with the 2100 TDEE but it just seems too slow for me and only eat back if my NET drops....
