Hi,
The upgrade path is SP3 -> SP4.
SP3 is installed with SP3 full installation.
During SP4 installation, NO Error shows.
After installation finished, check the services in CMC, all the services are enabled and running. Then check the service's version...

Hi,
Due to some problems we have to upgrade to the latest service pack for XI 3.1. Since this involves a lot of testing of reports, security, etc we are considering taking the step towards XI 4.0 right away.

You are also mixing 2 the spring 3.1 library.
Asm-3.3.1.jar
aspectjrt.jar use a single verison of spring you are mixing 2 version 3.0 and 3.1, don't.
Works for me, spring wise, I cannot speak for struts2 or hibernate.
