We have here a 1998 323i engine. It blew its head gasket. It did run when I pulled it. 135K. Not sure what its worth.

How hard is it to retro fit a 325i m50 engine into a 323i m52b2.5? I understand that there were some major wiring changes between these, and that the m52 needed the ecu and transponder key etc to work. But if the m50 has its own engine loom and ecu, is...

Anyone? As ive got a e36 323i with a fubarred engine, and dont know if to scrap it, stick another m52 2.5 in or swap to a m50? why not sell/break/scrap the 323i and just buy a 325i or 328i? you can manifold? And that the 2.5 inlet is an ....

Hey all, picked up my first BMW 323i a few months ago. Slapped on some used winter tires I got off craigslist, some Dunlop Winter Sport 3Ds that had decent tread still, only used for a couple seasons.
With a couple inches of snow in a mall parking lot...
