My 3rd 360 died shortly after....
They upped the warranty to 3 years in the case of red ring, or at the very least offered a permanent warranty on the ring of death.
ringed 360, but that's what I would guess.

I recently got a refurbished Xbox 360 and, the stupid thing has been showing the 3/4 Red Ring from Day one. It hasn't even been out of the box for 60 days and Best Buy is telling me they can't do anything.

I purchased a "re-furbished" XBOX360 from you on Dec. 13, 2010. The unit arrived quickly and was wrapped and put under the tree for Christmas. The unit was first used on Christmas day and by January 30th it had started scratching rings onto our game disks...
