Ok so my mate just got a series 7 samsung 3d tv and i was always under the impression that you needed a 3d bluray player to be able to watch 3d. however, with his tv, when you turn the 3d setting on, everything becomes 3d no matter what the source is ...

Hi, I have just been and bought myself the d8000 55" Samsung. Has anyone else got this television? or another 3d tv? We have just moved into new house, and are currently ripping house apart and putting everything new in, knocking walls down, moving batheooms...

I am naturally disappointed and want to know why some 3D films won't work on a 3D TV Quote it can generate a convincing 3D expereince for anyone without access to a modern 3D TV.

Hi I'm trying to watch downloaded 3D mkv from my HTPC (Dell Zino HD) to my LG TV (47LW6500), but the side-by-side option is inactive in 3D menu (only 2d to 3d conversion is active).
(I can't watch it from TV's USB port either, because of the unsupported...

I just attached my work laptop to my lg 3d tv and it won't play 3d.
Is it because of my laptop? Do I need to get a video card that supports 3d?

I found these things since I never used it on a monitor and I guess I was a little off .

Are there any 3D blu-ray players that will play on a 3D ready tv? I have a PS3, but it won't recognize that kind of tv, only the current generations of 3D tv's. It's cheaper to buy a new 3D blu-ray player than a new 3D tv, so I'm just trying to figure...

It's a 61" Samsung LED/DLP 3D ready tv (which means I had to buy an emitter to hook into the tv to unlock the 3D feature on the tv itself), it's only 60 hertz though....
Off, so it was a first generation 3D tv.

Im running my computer through my 37" led lcd tv via hdmi. it is not 3d ready. would my 3d ready graphics card be able to screen the images on the tv despite the actual tv not being 3d ready, given that the graphics processing is done on the card not ...

Isn't the problem that the tv isn't 120Hz? The TV needs to be able to understand the 3D 3D content.

44% saving on this 40" Toshiba LED 3D TV with free 5 year warranty.

The 3d Home technology is still in its infancy, 3D TV is still very limited (from what I understand)

Why doesn't canada have 3d tv channels? states have espn, 3net,.... we have a 3d preview channel. i will not be buying a 3d tv until we get something to watch besides movies. what have you heard re the tv channels. Share This

Instead of being realistic it looks stupid and gimmicky and very rid of wearing glasses, now you want glasses to watch TV in 3D? Maybe next new technology is laser laser corrective....
IMHO 3d TV sucks.
Than 3D any day...
