Windows 98 "Explorer" error on Start-up
Hi all. I've been having trouble with starting my OS.
Everytime I start it up, I receive an error with causing me to close my "Explorer". Then, once I close the "Explorer"...I receive another error telling me to do the same thing. Then, after closing ...

Help me out here!!!
For the past three days, whenever I access the internet or just plainly use the computer, it would slow down for a minute and then goes back to normal. Then a couple of minutes later it would slow down again. Any ideas on what's the cause?
