I received an iPad 2 for Christmas and lately have been thinking I might like to put a SIM card to ocassionally connect to the 'net when I'm not in range of a WI-FI.
Am I correct in believing I can only choose between Bell and Rogers?
Do I have a choice...

As above really. I've upgraded to a 4S and was going to give my phone (bought via O2) to my sister (who's on Orange).
Is the phone locked to O2 or will any other network's sim cards work in it without a problem?
I know other phones on O2 would let you...

The only trick for iPhone 4 users is that you need to use a sharp blade to cut the sim card....
Unlocked iPhone 3G? A prepaid sim will work on the unlocked iPhone.

Hi
I have a iPhone 3G (8GB)....in a moment of insanity, I tried to upgrade it to iOS5 using itunes (ver 9 I think).
The upgrade happened... now however the phone is somewhat 'reset'..it boots up .. but is 'carrier locked' again and won't function anymore...

As you purchase it online - if you do it in store they will
activate for you and then the iPhone plan will be locked to the # (SIM card)
of the upgraded device.
