Jugando con el nuevo Lightroom 4 y con los NEF de la D800 me ha hecho (estaba en los presets) una exportación a DNG. Y eso me hace surgir una pregunta ¿Realmente tiene algún sentido pasar a DNG los RAW de las cámaras? ¿Es completamente "inócuo" este procesado...

RAWs de tu 40D, pero que DNG sí sepan abrir porque solo hay que implementarlo una vez, y el estándar en uso.

For photos that I was never happy with in Aperture, I'll probably re-import them into Lightroom....
For now I plan to do all of my new work in Lightroom.
To wrap my head around how to similarly organize files in the Library on Lightroom now.

I recently picked up ZE50MP, which I love, but I feel like I get the funkiest color from my 5D2. I haven't used my 5D2 a ton, but the more I work with it, the more I dislike the colors it is producing.

I find Adobe's 5500K daylight....
If you use Lightroom or ACR to process your light.
Shoot RAW (should underexposing flowers in bright sun, like Michael suggested .
Various things that have helped me:
