I need to send in the N-400 forms for both me and my wife. I have to send in a form for each my wife and myself. Do I send these 2 applications in 2 different Fed ex forms or can I send both applications in the same Fed-ex form?

They might ask for a copy of the paperwork from the court, get it before your interview, and take it with you..
Not a problem as long as he admits it on the I-485 or during the interview process.
