I have a Mac Pro 1.1 and I've been successfully running a flashed XFX ATi 4870 card for a month
.
Is there anything I can do to get the 4870 working again?
it. And the card was officially flashed, not just using injectors, right?
In that case, wow, no idea

flashing tools simply do not work or may "brick" your card. I've only tested ATI Flash

4) Flash the card with:
atiflash -f -p X <yourfile>
Substitute X for your adapter...
working powersave in linux for me, although my card is not supported any more) is not working

Through again (last time was on my 4850) so I ran 3DMark06 and got the exact same results with the 4870
as I did with the 4850, actually the 4870 score was 1 pt less, the cpu score was lower but I figured
and it's working better now, I'm thinking about putting the ASUS TOP 4870 bios on it, that's the popular one...
