Does the social dominance help to counteract 4w5s tendency to withdraw? Or does it just make the 4w5 more tortured, because they want a large circle of friends but their withdrawal makes it hard?

Despite being a 4w5, I need to interact with people, struggle to keep a "group" around me or be part of one, go out of my way to make friends, and adapt my behavior .

Question...What are the primary ways to tell if a 4w5 is sp/sx or sx/sp? And how to distinguish the 2? Especially when it comes to relating to people and in relationships.
