DD who will be 5 in March is still soaking a pull up at night. If we don't put her in one, she goes in bed and never wakes up, ends up sleeping in it all night....not an option. Any advise? She has been day trained without accidents since she was 2.5....

We eat out plenty and seldom let our kids get fries .
It is not completely up to a 4yo what to eat.
My daughter is a picky eater and I cannot have sweets at my.
Outside and let her play and run wild.
