Increasing from 1000p to 10u will make more bottom end... .
Those are both cathode bypass caps with only a couple of volts on them, so those ratings should be fine .

Help please .
First let me say I'm new to SC guitar amps and guitar amps in general.
That said,I am working on a 50plus that has 2 bad caps
1)C19 - I read 1000pf The amp has a 10uf installed 12wvdc(?)
2)C16 - I read 1uf The amp has a 1uf installed 18wvdc...
