Boring 7D vs 5D MkII thread
I wouldn't be surprised if this thread has been done to death but unfortunately I can't spot any in the recent history and the search facility says that "5D" and "7D" are too short to include in the search terms!
So my question...

Hy,
I am looking to purchase external monitor for my Canon 7D and Aquatica A7D housing. I was looking into new Sony CLM-V55 with Wahoo housing but that monitor has issue with 5D and 7D cameras. When you start recording it shrinks the screen and cant scale...

I imagine that all of the above would be sufficient quality for my photography needs. This DSLR will double as a video camera for numerous projects - from recording action to interviews.
While the technical features are comparable online, I'm curious ...

Get the camera that fits your photo needs.
The difference between the 60D and 7D is data rate IIRC.
The benefit.
The 7D and 5DII will have the highest quality.
They offer similarish quality in video*.

I have that and a T2i (whose video is pretty much the same as the 7D's) -- it's no contest.

After read reviews for both, it's hard to make decision

Have MKII and 7D, MKII will have chances lost hunt in low light but 7D never ! i prefer 5D Mk2 cause know that you will not go for L lens (bcoz they are damn F***ing expensive), then 7D is your choice yourself....

First, you have to realize that the 5D and 7D series serve completely different purposes. The 5D is meant to be a studio/landscape/wedding body while the 7D is aimed towards sports and wildlife. That doesn't mean that each body couldn't be used toward...

Either body (5DMkII vs 7D) will give you great images, but the 5D MkII....
Also, rumor is that the 7D MkII, and possibly the 5D MkIII will be announced to the 5D MkII.

Yesterday 03:19 PM I have sold a good amount of equipment here on DVXUSER in the past - no issues. All of this gear was used by my company. I take great care of the equipment, and everything is in great condition. All equipment comes with factory items...
