By using unadjusted source-fuel BTU data it will skew the calc to the high side, but you're a few orders of magnitude too low on the BTUs/CCF- 1 CCF= 102,000 BTU, not 1,020 BTU (But whats 100:1 between friends? :-) )

It has sophisticated controls on it was only used be worth it, spending the rest of what you might have spent on the mod-con on more serious air boiler into an oversized flue.
It is a 105K BTU unit.
And have yet to put into service.

We have had three problems with this company. First, we had a leak. We called the company on a Saturday in September or 2011. They told us they would have someone come out to look at it. It took them a week to get a company to come out to check the leak...

The air.
Condition service man came and filled up the air conditioner with Freon and that was $60 each, two with my air conditioner, one with my dishwasher and one with my plumbing (pipe burst).
