If you can't find the option there, chances are it may not be available .
If your processor supports it, it can usually be enabled through the BIOS .
You require Intel-VT or AMD-V support for your processor in order to run 64-bit Guests .

But, there is some benefit, since 64 bit code is a bit faster and a bit smaller, and since the Unix version had to be made 64....
Leaves disk caching up to the operating system, so there would be little benefit to a 64 bit build painful.

I'm not 100% sure but the driver might need to pass WHQL as well .
I think that you need to get the signature here .
The only way to install the driver on Vista 4 bit is to digitally sign the driver .

HyperV also has some problems with high end graphics cards - see here .
HyperV guests do not support DirectX10 and can often have issues running the Aero interface (if that bothers you?) .
Your main issue with doing this is going to be the video card .

I currently have 5 machines all....
A lot of the software isn't as mature as it's 32-bit counterpart as of yet but it is in active development .
If you don't have at least 4GB memory or more, I wouldn't go for 64-bit Ubuntu as the headaches aren't worth it .
