I thought I read somewhere that Donkey Kong 64 was supposed to get a sequel at one point.
Is that true?

On the topic of Donkey Kong 64, it is likely (although not guaranteed from the Donkey Kong series.
An actual sequel to Donkey Kong 64 may not happen, but we could very well see a 3D platformer as possible.

Recently I've been thinking back to Donkey Kong 64 for the Nintendo 64, and I remember it being a really really fun game. As far as I know, it's never been released on Nintendo's Virtual Console.

132 Tracks straight from the ROM data compared to the small OST that RARE had released a long while back. There are also other small jingles from the game that I didn't include. If you request I can upload a second link with all the jingles in the game...

Now I've been thinking about this game lately, and it was pretty much my favorite game for the n64 after Super Mario 64, and maybe paper mario/mario kart(which now isn't worth getting) so does anyone know if there is a release date planned for it?

Donkey kong 64 yet for the VC on the Wii? I mean hasn't rare given Nintendo permission to allow them though Rare developed it (just as they did for DKC and DKC2), Nintendo owns the Donkey Kong liscence they will release big VC games....

I want a remake. With Nintendo doing all these remakes I would love one for the 3DS. Who's with me? That game was wonderful, and they haven't made a good DK game in a long time. Anyone else agree? What would you like to see?
