I got myself 2x gtx 670 gigabyte OC windforce 3 on launch day, got them the day after. Please post your boost clocks as it seems these gtx 670 are crazy. I had msi gtx 680 reference design and it was boosting to only 1084 or somthing.

How many volts/amps is in 6 pin PCIe?
My power supply, cooler master extreme power plus 600w has two 18A/12 volt rails and two 6 pin PCIe power connectors.
I bought xfx HD 6750 1GB DDR5 few days back it comes with one 6 pin PCIe connector.

181w from 12v rail and from 6pin PCIe connector(HD 6750 has 6 pin connector) may not be a big deal not more than 75W, so sometimes....
The failure from it.
I5 2500k + HD 6750 = 95w + 86w = 181W.
Extreme and expecting a 550 to 600w output from it .

The problem is when you reduce the clock speed to get less TDP the actual savings reduces because the processor for the same amount of work stay longer at the higher power state than a higher clocked....
Huge energy savings.

Yeh if you get the 6750 and overclock it it will beat but which is the better buy?

You may want 1200 with a GTS 640 mb card and get 25 to 40 fps .
Remember that the clock speed isn't everything too.
The E6750 and get great FPS.

Then that second one feels more like a GT440...
Also, why does the low profile 630 have a higher clock speed than the "low end" 640.

Before I upgraded the rest of my rig, I put a gtx 285 in with my 6750 and the chip really held me back
how much and spanks the 6750, also costs ~....
The 6750 isn't exactly the best for gaming.
And that's it.
Temps get over 70C load.

It would be good to figure out definitively what clock speed the 2.3GHz ....
2415M presumably because Apple is using a higher clock speed 1200MHz or 1300MHz HD 3000, whereas the normal 2.3GHz dual core models clock at 1100MHz.
