In Adobe Flash CS3 Profesional and when I start the Flash Video Encoder I get the following message: "A required system library did not initialize properly. Please ensure you have DirectShow 9 and QuickTime 7 or higher installed on your system."

Hello i use Windows 7 RTM.
I want to install a Adobe Dreamweaver CS4 trial, but when i open the setup, it do the system profile check, and then when the setup window opens the system profiler opens again and hangs.
Any ideas? Already tried to run as admin...

If I have any flash object in a browser for more than about 30-45 minutes my processor use jumps from about 30% on both cores to 100%. Even I close Firefox, Chrome, IE, or the Hulu desktop app when they start getting choppy or laggy the processor still...

This seems to be a well-known problem of Flash on x64 systems, but Adobe hasn't yet come up neither% if the flash thing you're looking at was optimized for frame rate...

Tried XP mode? (I know, I know, less RAM in virtualized OS's)
Try using "running as" as an older version of windows .

The situation. The BBC iPlayer worked in IE8 before I upgraded to W2K8 R2. The BBC iPlayer works in Mozilla now! In IE8 the iPlayer tells me to get Adobe flash, when I go to the Adobe site I get mumbo jumbo about running 32-bit programs in 64-bit OS.

In a nutshell the problem is that Adobe Flash is not supported.
