I use GIMP or Elements if I need layers needs are going....
Agree.
Elements is good stuff, but as all graphics take the extra step to export it to photoshop.
Such as Elements, Photoshop, GIMP or whatever to do the editing.

I have a new PC with a small 55 gig solid state boot C drive. I want to load all my programs onto my much larger D drive. Photoshop Elements 9 does not give me a choice to load to another drive other than C drive. Can any one pls help.
