For the shortcut to show up in the Windows 7 menu it needs to be in the XP VMs "All Users" Program group.

Why big companies and even US government still have Internet Explorer 6 as their recommended browser? I'm working at Cisco Systems and their recommended browser is IE6 which makes my life, as a web developer, miserable. I have to spend three times more...
