Can anyone please help me??? For over a week my computer has a nasty virus that keeps popping up as antivirus software to buy. I tried using Adware, Spybot and malware to get rid of the thing to no avail. Can someone please save me???

Hi Tech Guys,
I'm not having any serious issues. My computer has been running a little slower lately and I noticed 2 new Search icons in the System Tray. Can you see if there are somethings I can remove to speed things up or that maybe a potential danger...
