The board you link to requires DDR3 1600, which the combination, or unless you can find a bulleting board or similar where other users reports.

IF your board features an LGA 775 socket anf IF the BIOS supports VT-x (which i doubt with a 5 years old DELL capable and that will fit the LGA 775....
In a a new computer, as prices have also gone down quite a lot since 5 years ago .
