Fan speed is at around 60% (checked with Afterburner.
In the background, It stays at ~60C with 100% load on all cores and then becomes 800MHz with 255C within 5secs and then becomes 800MHz with 255C within 5secs.

Also I have two with all the details saying: DDR2-800, CL=5-5-5-15 .

So 800Mhz * 2 = 1600.
800Mhz each way.

You likely won't see any....
Regardless, it's too far likely won't see any phones supporting LTE at 800Mhz until a few months before it launches.
According to s4gru.com sprint will actually be deploying LTE on 800MHz in 2013.

Just keep in mind that the RAM will not operate at that speed - it is still throttled by the motherboard bus (in your case, sounds like 667 MHz). .
A: You should be fine adding 800 MHz (or higher) RAM sticks to the board .

Have you tried manually adjusting your P25 threshold level? My yagi will not pickup weather stations... .
It helps some but it's not a complete fix for the distortion .
I have a maxrad 6 element yagi for 800(824-896) that I use to minimize simulcast issues .
