I have the parts to assemble a pair of 19's except the crossovers.
Could a pair of crossovers from A7's be used temporally until I'm able to get proper crossovers?
The 416 woofers in the A7's are 8 ohms, same as the woofers for the 19's. The crossover...

Would using components are they? The 802 and 902 horn drivers are really nice.
From what I have read, crossover point will be 500mhz, the 811b horns go as low as 800mhz.

If you look, they only show the bass horn module but the catalog re-introduces the 515-8G back into service after almost 50 years.
Sounding driver of the lot and was normally mated to the 511b or the 811b sectoral horn.

I think the midrange is slightly better than a typical A7 with an 811B horn and, umm, whichever driver is typical :-) -- but the better Altec horns and drivers (e.g., a 1505 horn with a 288 family member in their class without....

I do and the contents are always increasing. I carry basic tools and a soldering iron, along with various spares.
I even carry plectrums and a spare guitar strap just in case.
