With a Foxxcon A88GMX motherboard and recently replaced the Foxxcon board as the temps on that board were real advantage is now I have a new motherboard with AM3+ socket, USB3, SLI/Xfire support, etc.

Im using the Phenom II 965 BE i have a unlocked multiplier, is it better to start there and increase slowly or use the cpu frequency? its a normal 3.6 and i got it to 3.9 with these setting, can anyone look and suggest some hints to help improve it? turn...

I've been given the choice of picking up an unused AMD 965 x4 C3 revision + GA-880GMA-UD2H motherboard.
From what I've gathered, they're 3.4ghz stock and are capable of clocking up to 3.8-4.0ghz?
Anyhow, the current Q6700 I have can run 3-3.2ghz at 1....

This combined with the fact that the 965 runs 3.4ghz stock and clocks up to 3.8-4.0ghz has made it the keeper in my choice! Better off getting the ....
It would seem that the 965 edges out a little bit in front of the Q6600 clock for clock.
