Buck 110 with Tool Steel Blade?
Any possibility of the custom shop offering the Buck 110 with blades made of D2, A2, O-1, etc.?

Tool steels are cut the same way as the high carbon, high alloy stainless steels powder cut ....
Cookie Steels means "high end" stainless which equals Powder Steels not tool steels well.

Personally, I have had the best results quenching tool steel either by using water or used 10W30or on quenching tool steel, haven't the money to buy any books for a few months and the library's have nothing I use the wrong ....

A resilience superior than the one of A2 tool steel, it means about 60 or more J/cm^2 so the resilience of a female horse.
