Usual problem is module internal line break on wheel sensor line (in your/repair .
Now that the problem is heat related the usual suspect is ABS control module.
ASC on your 525d doesn't have mechanical cable.

Check battery cables Shit goes cookoo if they are loose or off .
Take it back to them there's probably something wrong with the internal regulator .

but i can not disable the asc with the asc button
i have 0 errors on inpa
and all the fuse that have to do with asc and abs are ok.

Noticed that the ASC is not working in...I thought maybe it was the bulb but after drifting around a bend a few nights ago im guessing its not kicking in

ASC is controlled through the ABS module so another question is does the abs work so another question....
ASC is controlled through the ABS module be permanently on.
If its fails the warning light should be permanently on .
