I have some trouble with the ABS/DSC on my 540 -99.
It started with all three warning lights began to shine and when I tried to read fault codes there was no connection with the module. IFH-0009 (All other modules works)
I changed my module to a "new"...

I'm hoping my ABS, ABS, BRAKE....
But my abs and DSC lights are still on, presumably because I pulled the fuse.
I don't have any great advice - it sounds like maybe the ABS/DSC module has failed in a very odd way.

Also check your wheel speed and ABS sensors on the front and rear wheels and search and found a connection issue with the ABS module, code is gone and all seems fine or replaced the abs module yet just be prepared....

Hello, I just purchase a 2003 M3 with a smg trans. Since I got the car the DSC, Brake, ABS, and smg transmission light stays on. But the car runs fine. My mechanic said that the steering angle sensor needs to be changed. Is that true? would that fix everything...

That just happened to me i got 02 m3 smg trans dsc abs and trans light on did u solve the problem by changing sensor? My car currently keep the DSC light on when you pass.
Sounds like a wheel speed sensor.

I just bought vehicle from CarMax and is still under 30 day warranty... .
Did you Replace with OEM? Who did the change? Yes, CarMax replaced the wheel sensor with OEM part .
First thing to check is that wheel sensor.
Start with easy before jumpng to expensive.

If you hold the button down for more than 10 seconds... .
The difference in behavior for the DSC systems, you can press the button to disable DSC completely, and press it again to re-enable it.
Will want to focus on the second model column: E36/7 .

DSC light is on all the time, possessing the button doesn't do anything. Its this a simple/inexpensive fix, or am I in for it now...?

Its That particular sensor usually affects more than just the DSC light...like speedometer, odometer, ABS, etc-guessing.

Da bei mir DSC, Handbremse & ABS dauerhaft leuchtet, bin ich
zu Bmw gefahren und hab mir mal die Fehlerspeicherliste geben lassen.
Und zwar hab ich folgende Fehler
5E43 ABS-DSC: Lenkwinkelsensor intern,
5DB3 ABS-DSC: Raddrehzahlfühler hinten links...

I'm doing some work on my bro e46 325ci.. And on his dash have 2 light. One is the dsc and the other is a yellow brake light.. I have an obd2 scanner and nothing show up.. In need of help guys

A local Indy 325ci..
Oh the airbag light is on also Abs light on? if it is it could be the ABS unit system you'll need to hook it up to some like this to read the codes.
I'll post pic up when I get home.
