Considering that programming requires higher concentration levels than the norm, yet ADHD means you have lower concentration solve the ADHD then programming....
I really don't think you can be a programmer if you suffer from ADHD - sorry....

In my experience there's a much higher percentage of people with ADHD, who are self-employed, than the percentage among those holding regular dayjobs.
