UPDATE: I received an email to change my password, and another saying the investigation is complete. So I called the 15th and got it settled by the 18th. I didn't have any down time from Xbox Live except for when it randomly booted me and I had to recover...

Of course, as stated, since money has exchanged hands....
Yeah sure, service reps give you the runaround, but it's EA and their security methods which is the biggest concern here .
Yet people continue to put the blame on Microsoft and its Xbox LIVE service .
