Was wanting some ankle/wrist weights for my pullup bar to do weighted pullups/leg lifts etc. Can someone recommend some, prolly some 10-20 lb ones, that aren't too bulky?
Went to walmart and copped some Gold's gym ones for like 20 bucks (2 10 lb ankle...

Can anyone suggest a decent ankle and wrist band i can use while playing tennis preferably 2-5 kg and it has to be quite small or else i wouldn't be able to move my wrists. maybe one that attaches to the forearm. This is for my training to move on to ...

Not sure that the wrist weights should be used when swinging a racket either -- especially when heavy tennis shoes do hinder....

My skinny wrists became a problem in 7th grade, (I'm a 9th grader now) and it isn't a good thing; it might be alright to some guys having skinny wrists so it would make their forearm and arm look bigger if they're a body builder, but I'm not a bodybuilder...

There was a post discussing wrist straps and I believe the ones that kept getting recommended were the 24, otherwise it doesn't always blend perfectly.

I suppose hard core backpackers would have a good idea of the long term effects of lugging around heavy weight for long periods...anyway, I think weight vests....
I personally would not wear a weight vest for an extended period of time.
