I'm looking for more information on the possibility of receiving unemployment benefit in Taiwan.
Is there anyone out there who's either received it, or applied for it and been rejected?

Does anyone have experience in this area? Are you self-employed, hopefully APRC holder, and pay the labor and health insurance by yourself, meaning not dependent on an employer/partner/spouse?
From my search here, it says to pay laobao or labor insurance...
