Hi there,
As title states, I am thinking to upgrade from ATV1 to either ATV3 or something different.
I have ATV 1 with 160 GB drive. It is hooked to 50 inch HD plasma.
My issue is syncing and conversion of non iTunes formats.
ATV 3 will resolve sync issue...

There is a client for a jailbroken aTV, but that means for iOS in the app store you can....
Compatable with 5.0 (the software for aTV that came out when the ipad updated a few months ago connection, but for me it's a least watchable.

I am planning an atv trip to northern NM this summer. Can you give me some advice on where to ride NE of Santa Fe. I will need a campground or RV park that can be ridden out of to access the riding area. Any advice will be appreciated.

The only ATV friendly area I know of north and east of Santa Fe is Sipapu and you can camp off NM76.

I'm looking for GPS data on the trails in Allegheny National Forest, PA. Along with tracks/routes for dirt road connectors and good back roads. I'd like to make a big loop that connects all the trails, dirt roads and street.

JB'en aTV 2 was updated to the latest F/W, was JB with 4.4.4 I have the SHSH blobs, etc saved using TinyUmbrella. I tried restoring to 4.4.4, course Apple isn't accepting signatures. Is there a work around to get 4.4.4 on it jailbroken or am I SOL until...

You can jailbreak the current iOS version, but it's a tethered jailbreak. .
If you have the SHSH blobs, you should be able to downgrade .
