Sent" LT305/55R20, you'll probably fit, but they would look too small with a 6.5" lift, (to me anyway).
Is everything when fitting 35's.

1/2 pex - I'm using compression rings and after I crimp the ring I can turn the fitting in the tube. According to the go/nogo gauge the ring is compressed enough.
Should I be able to turn the fitting in the tube?

It does not fit disk brakes because it has no caliper mount.
It takes hydraulic vee brakes though.
You can fit it on the front, but not on the back.

Pioneer stereos can still be used using the steering controls but you will need to buy an adapter that plugs from the aux plug to the loom, I have one in my car which I'm using on my pioneer DEH-4300UB and was very easy to install! Will try and find you... .
