It would be super helpful if pinned tabs were more reliable. Currently, if a windows without pinned tabs is the last to be closed, then the next time Chrome opens there will be no pinned tabs. This applies even if the window was opened as a pop-up.

My recommendation is to use Google Sync, which uses Exchange ActiveSync.

Make sure the device is not....
On the device under programs, look for an application called USB switch, (It it's not there check under START, Settings, Connections Tab)
Run USB switch and it should tell you your device is now connecting as a serial device .

Another option is to use soocial.com.
Be able to move your contacts over to Windows Live contacts and sync them immediately.
