What to do if I'm not able to train Kyokushin again?
I've had some back problems for a while and I'm on a rehab-plan right now and have been for a while, though I have no idea if I'll be fully recovered and able to train again without pain or if I will...

It's not fun.
The mind were in my age and weren't able to train in Kyokushin anymore and you only have some minor hobbies.
Are able to train, great! If not, you gotta find something else that fills the gap.

Is 4km a good distance to be able to run after only training for 2 and a half weeks?

I was doing this for about 1 week, when i entered a 5k race.... .
I have never had 'training' although i enjoy going for a mile jog.
I think that's amazing! I've been training for 4 weeks and I can only run 2.4 km :( yes if you feel up to it.

If I spend 3,900 with train 4 trade skills and finnish the course has any body got the right certificate of city & Guilds. As reported on the Unite union web site as to beware of fast track pluming courses. Please help as i have just 20 day for to recover...

Tl;dr: Learn Lisp.
LISP is a very good choice (especially for AI) These days Python is getting very trendy in academic circles .
FORTRAN is still very common in scientific applications.

If you can't trust someone....
It's not that difficult of a problem.
Not only should a college graduate be able to answer the question, anyone who has taken one or two intro to programming classes should be able to answer it.
Level programmers.

I read Richard P. Gabriel's book "Patterns of Software" ( pdf ) which contains an essay called "Writing Broadside" in which he contends that programmers should develop their ability to write clearly. I have found that his suggestions have definitely improved...
