I think you would need to use JavaScript to get the color of the a and then set a:visited to that color and this probably wouldn't work in all browsers unless there was an a{color:#dea} specified....
I don't think there is a pure CSS way of achieving this .

Well we went to go see my LO today and when we got there we went through security an when we gave them his # they said he was on restriction. We just called yesterday and he was able to have them..now they say hes on restriction til the 22nd for not making...
