As people can shut down internet site by DOS attacks the American people can shut down the IRS fact, that the IRS/Treasury uses to assess and pursue a tax liability from the vast majority, regardless of actual fact, by the noted individual....

The IRS disallows what he has done.....
I would think it would also - taxes have already been paid on the nondeductible contributions, so it would cost the IRS a lot.
I think that it would be a highly unlikely thing for the IRS to do.

But then I got to thinking....
My first thought was that if the IRS is going to differentiate between married and single adults then either marriage is a fundamental national right or the IRS needs to change its practices.
