My friend told me that if Stardust Dragon negate Absolute Zero's destroy effect, it can not special summons itself during end turn. Is this true?
Because Zero when leaves field (to graveyard or banish area), Stardust can't destroy it after the negation...

The only time it won't be able to come back is if it wasn't Synchro summoned succesfully. .

Stardust Dragon does not need to destroy the card to come back, only negate it .
