The only way to really limit this sort of abuse is to get victims to report it immediately.
Abuse is unfortunately common in this country and victims are too ashamed to speak about and it isn't their fault.

Is this true? I know there are false accusations, and that's why the church wont give out names like candy (to protect the innocent) But if this is true, it needs to be dealt with better.
