Sorry, your numbers are not even close to being competitive for a BA/MD program, which require.

So, your experience will depend a lot on specifics of the program .
She was accepted to couple accelerated ones were in accelerated bs/md.
Her bs/md was NOT accelerated.
Outside of bs/md in her UG.

Most PA programs are changing from BA to MA anyway and you need a certain amount and I do not want to become a NP or PA....
What you can do is get your ba in nursing and your ma in PA.
That pa's don't have to perscribe or work on their own .
