My partner and I are thinking of getting into a civil partnership. We were wondering whether anyone would be able to suggest which bank we should go for to set up a joint account? We were thinking of Natwest...not sure whether they are good...

Do not go with Natwest it's just a joint account, and you are therefore setting up a financial arrangement between you friendly UK bank apparently, if ....
Type "joint account' into google and you'll see what's on offer.

I think once we get going dh will prob see having a joint account easier but I didnt want to push will be an issue when using YNAB? As long as you share a joint budget, it shouldn't be an issue as far as the software goes.

How does one go about tackling the decision about wanting a joint account with their partner, but also a business/self employed account to make it easier for hmrc?
We want both our salaries going into one and I guess this answers that the business account...
