Don't you mean International Bank Account Number ? If yes, this is a regex for IBAN (all IBANs are free to use just about anything as an account number.

What's the max number of characters you can have for a premium grandfathered account? I was just able to make 3 new characters for a total of 8 characters on my account. I don't remember being able to do this before unless I just totally missed it.
